Comments/description: Excellent example of this groundbreaking label. One of the first salesman sample cans produced by American Can Co, it featured a lushly illustrated drinking scene and opening instructions on the reverse. This can was factory-issued as a drinking cup with a rolled lip for a smooth-edged drinking surface. Condition is outstanding, about near mint, with just a hint of foxing visible on the right side when angled to the light. Extremely popular. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
