Absentee and Phone Bids
Download, read, and fill out the Alternative Bidding Sheet to place absentee bids. We will execute your absentee bid, taking into account other bids and reserves, if any, in a competitive manner as if you were in attendance. In the event of a tie between two absentee bids, precedence will be given to the first one received. Absentee bids submitted out of increment will be rounded up to the next stated increment.
