Comments/description: This variation has no U Permit number on the side panel, showing only Massachusetts Permit No. 9. Despite under-the-paint humidity and several heavier oxidation spots, the can retains bright color and displays well. The remaining unaffected paint preserves much of its original factory surface, and some original gold remains visible on the spout. Both rims have been cleaned.
