Comments/description: Outstanding high-grade example of this attractive Chief Oshkosh label. Very difficult to find in such exceptional condition. Bright enamel colors and outstanding gold metallic combine for a beautiful presentation. A tiny ding near the lower left seam and a pinpoint nick on the reverse are the only noteworthy imperfections. The Chief Oshkosh brand, named for the famed Menominee leader after whom the city of Oshkosh was named, became the signature label of Oshkosh Brewing Company and one of Wisconsin’s best-known regional beer brands.
