Date of manufacture: circa 1950s Canning Code: n/a USBC reference: 83-39 USBCOI reference: 424 Contents/Type: 12 oz Dimensions: 2-3/4 w x 5 h. Comments/description: USBC 83-39 OI 424. Early 1950s issue instructional with no IRTP statement. Lists 3 patent numbers. While the photos show there is an abundance of tarnish and some small areas of heavier oxidation, the can does look better under normal lighting where the warmth of the copper is more apparent and the contrasting shine is greater.
