Comments/description: This innovative contraption was produced by the Revere company, renowned for copper and pewter dinnerware, flatware, and copper-based cookware, for use with Pabst flat top cans (though it worked the same with any other manufacturers 12-ounce flat tops). Simply insert the can into the open Tapster, rest the lid against the can and bang or apply pressure to close the lid, puncturing the can while doing so. The now-locked lid allows the contents to be poured out via the spout without opening or removing the can. Embossed on both sides with the script Pabst logo and marked with manufacturer info on the bottom: Revere Rome, NY, and the product name TAPSTER. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
