Comments/description: Outstanding example of this early label, the very first from Ballantine. Dates to late 1935 and is PATENT Pending. R9 in this condition. Condition: The only marks are some darkened hairline scratches and others that still show bare metal. A few light canning dings and dimples. A great looking can in so many respects.
