Comments/description: Likely the best known example. This variant is the earliest, with the Mass. permit listed in the green below each OI panel. FAR better than the can in USBCOI which was thought to be unique at the time of publication. Displays beautifully. This is an R10 label in this condition. Condition: Can has small marks including a few lesser oxidation spots on the reverse. Some oxidation staining around the top rim. The top is likely original to the can but has been removed and reapplied to facilitate dent removal. There is no sign on the can of where the dent was. Nice original sheen.
